    Technical Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Understanding existing clients through analysis and research using internal data and primary research with customers where need be.
    • Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Providing solutions and co-creating solutions with existing customers that suit their cloud needs on both GCP and Google Workspace.
    • Evaluating customers’ needs to suggest upgrades or additional features.
    • Providing the Sales team support in creating pre-sales proposals.
    • Training customers to use our services.
    • Ensuring Customer renewals and onboarding are done on time.
    • Providing reports to stakeholders on key customer metrics.
    • Tracking account metrics.

     
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Data and Research Enthusiast; Researching and working with data, from various sources is a core skill set for this role
    • Great writing skills. Communicating through writing is important, and a key aspect of this job is maintaining the company newsletter.
    • Great communication skills in general– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone/email promptly  
    • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects
    • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
    • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn systems and tools; Next ERP, HubSpot CRM, Data Studio and Google Sheets.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
    • Minimum 1-year experience, we want someone who will hit the ground running.
