KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the academy's philosophy and curriculum
• Oversee recruitment and scouting of young players for the academy
• Manage the academy staff
• Develop players and provide
• opportunities for them to progress to the first team
• Ensure that the academy has appropriate facilities and equipment to support player development
• Work closely with the first-team coaching staff to align academy's philosophy with that of the first team

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at a professional football club.
• Excellent knowledge of football, including tactics, player development, and recruitment Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making
• Use of Video analysis an added advantage
