Technical Lead at The International Centre for Reproductive Health

Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health or related A Master’s degree in a health-related field.
• 5 -8 years experience in successfully implementing successful activities in areas such as maternal, newborn and child health, reproductive health, care and treatment and health systems strengthening
• Understanding of Kenya’s social and political context, and developments in the health sector
• Previous experience working in Kenya, with a solid understanding of local health system and health systems strengthening, maternal and reproductive health care gaps and opportunities, and solid relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders
• Demonstrated programming, management and technical skills
• Experience in mixed-method research designs, data collection methods and IRB processes
• Being certified to work in a Good Clinical Practices environment is an added advantage
• Experience in resource mobilization
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
• Software proficiency with the following software; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), EndNote or other citation Proficiency in quantitative or qualitative analysis software is an added advantage
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal and visual communications skills required
