Technical Product Manager at Pawa IT Solutions

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development (50%)

• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of existing AI-powered solutions.
• Drive rapid prototyping and PoC development for new AI products, leveraging technologies like Computer Vision (e.g., for data extraction), NLP, and predictive modeling.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and make key architectural decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Resolve technical conflicts, champion best practices, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Contribute directly to development using Python and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

Core Product Management (30%)

• Define and execute a cohesive product strategy and roadmap for the entire AI/ML product portfolio.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and validation through to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.

Team & Stakeholder Management (20%)

• Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with the product management lifecycle for mobile applications
• Demonstrated track record of leading technical teams and managing product roadmaps from concept to completion.
• Experience with FastAPI, React/Vue/Angular, and modern web technologies
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and LLMs (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, predictive modeling).
• Knowledge of Docker, microservices, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage.
