You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will act as a trusted advisor to Engineering leadership to support the growth of their teams. You will offer advice on the talent market landscape, develop search strategies, engage local talent online and through events, and lead engagements to position Google across our various sites for success.You will understand external trends in the talent market by engaging talent for Google opportunities, actively managing the client throughout the process, assessing/evaluating talent for roles in Google, and leading discussions through to close.
