Duties

• Diagnose and solve a customer problem

What We’re Looking for

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to code with PHP or MySQL
• Experience with an eCommerce site, or WordPress CMS
