Job Summary;

As our Technical Training Officer, you will be the architect of our automotive education programs, driving excellence through the design and delivery of high-impact technical training. You will lead the way in curriculum innovation and lesson planning, ensuring every session whether theoretical or hands-on exceeds TVET compliance and quality standards. 

Key duties & Responsibilities;

• Curriculum Excellence: Design, develop, and update technical course outlines and training content to remain at the forefront of automotive industry standards.
• Instructional Leadership: Lead the delivery of both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive learning experience.
• Strategic Planning: Oversee lesson planning and instructional scheduling to optimize training throughput and student engagement.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Implement robust assessment frameworks to track learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to TVET regulatory requirements and internal quality standards across all educational offerings.
• Innovation & Research: Conduct continuous research into emerging automotive technologies and modern pedagogical techniques to enhance our training portfolio.

Minimum Job Qualifications;

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, or a specialized degree in Technical Education.
• Certification in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
• A minimum of 3 years experience in technical instruction or automotive engineering.
• A valid driving license with defensive driving training.

Skills and Abilities;

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and contemporary digital tools for dynamic training delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and educational software.
• A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong research and development skills applied to technical education.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
