Key Purpose Statement

The role is responsible for ensuring that  our assets (fridges and dispensers) are in good working condition and conduct service and maintenace at the plant.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    
Key Outputs and Accountabilities

• In charge of checking coolers and conducting all necessary repairs in the region as per occurrence.
• Preparation of a schedule for sanitization of dispensers for the region and ensuring they are sanitized as per set standards and schedule.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports of breakdowns, service done, and customer complaints.
• Keep records of all assets in the regions i.e numbers and location of all coolers and dispensers.
• Ensure minimal breakdowns by preparing a planned preventative maintenance schedule of coolers and conducting the maintenance of the coolers.
• In liaison with the Technical manager, conduct servicing of chillers in the plant and handle breakdowns that they occur.
• Advice Technical team on refrigeration equipment and requirements in the plant as and when necessary.
• Advice and assist is sourcing for refrigeration spare parts as and where required.

Skills, Experience & Education    

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in refrigeration.

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience refrigeration services and preventive maintenance of in an FMCG.
• A valid driving license with at least 3 years continuous driving experience and a clean driving record.
