The selected vendor will be responsible for:

• Supply of Equipment: Provision of high-quality equipment tailored to the needs of young creatives, including but not limited to: Hair & Beauty Equipment (Hairdryers, Hair straighteners & curling irons,Barber clippers & trimmers, Manicure & pedicure kits,Makeup kits & brushes,Skincare tools (facial steamers, dermaplaning kits),Waxing & threading kits, Towels,headbands,spray bottles, scissors, combs and brushes)
• Fashion & Design Equipment(Sewing machines (industrial & domestic),Cutting tables & mats,Fabric scissors & rotary cutters,Dress forms & mannequins, Measuring tapes & rulers,Pattern-making tools,Embroidery machines)
• Music Equipments(Guitars (acoustic & electric)DJ kits (mixers, turntables, headphones), Keyboards & synthesizers, Drum sets & percussion instruments, Microphones (dynamic & condenser), Studio monitors & speakers, Audio interfaces & sound mixers, Music production software (Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Hard drive,Rechargeable Batteries and chargers )
• Digital & Graphic Design Tools(Laptops & desktops with design software,Laptop bags, Graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDR)

Vendor Qualifications

• Prospective vendors must demonstrate:
• Relevant Experience: Proven track record in supplying equipment and materials for creative industries, particularly within such programs.
• Training Expertise: Experience in delivering technical training and support to novice users, preferably in the context of the creative economy.

Proposal Requirements

Interested vendors should submit a proposal that includes:

• Company Profile: Overview of the organization, including years in operation,
• Technical Proposal: Detailed approach to including equipment specifications, training methodologies.
• Financial Proposal: All costs associated with the supply of equipment, starter packs, training, and any additional services.
• Capacity to Supply- The applicant will be required to demonstrate that they have the capacity to supply the goods. Demonstration of experience in supplying similar goods to institutions of similar or near similar complexities and levels as HEVA is mandatory
