    Trade Sales Executive (Beverage Division)

    Main Purpose of the position:

    • To help through distributors team in achieving Primary & Secondary sales target for the territory by covering market through implementing RTM execution & selling in Trade through regular route visit. 
    • Merchandising the trade for better visibility and providing superior customer service to all potential sales 
    • outlets by managing the team of PSR both Company & distributors.
    • Objective Key Results for the position Include:
    • Achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets both Primary & Secondary through self and 
    • team of PSR by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated outlets; Ensure that all 
    • outlets are visited as per planned call in each outlet and make sure that they are well stocked 
    • with all our brands and packages.
    • Submit a daily/weekly/monthly sales report of yourself and PSR team to the management. 
    • Work*with Self in the market to generate secondary sales from key customers including Subdistributors and Stuckists.
    • Work*with PSR at least 6 days in the market and providing on job training to PSR.
    • Ensure that trade offers / promotions and pricing are communicated to the trade.
    • Merchandise by yourself & through the PSR team, displays, utilize the Point of Sales (P.O.S.) 
    • materials, check the expiry dates in all outlets and rotate stocks whenever required.
    • Lead the team of PSR through constant training, coaching while working with them in the Routes.
    • Maintain call adherence such as calls completion 100%, strike rate 60% and new outlet by yourself and Team of PSRs.

    The responsibilities will include:

    • Help ASM in writing Annual Business Plan for the territory and the customers (Distributors/ 
    • KCP) to forecast volume, revenue, and expense.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships 
    • with key members of the Distributor's organization.
    • Visit, create & maintain relations with high volume outlets (Key Account) and gain their 
    • support and commitment to various initiatives for volume growth.
    • Solve issues that arise during execution in order to eliminate complaints.
    • Order management (Generation, tracking & Reporting Via RMS)
    • Right Execution Daily by yourself and Team
    • Ensure timely and proper promotion execution in the Trade
    • Reporting Line – Area Sales Manager


    • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma – Business related 
    • At least 5 Years’ relevant experience in Beverage / FMCG sales
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & Power point
