Summary

1. The Mobile Internet Center is rapidly expanding its business in Africa. In order to better expand the market and serve local customers, we need to recruit qualified employees ( in Kenya) to join our team to strengthen local business development and customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Develop new markets and assist the company in achieving local business growth targets;
2. Manage local customer relationships, responsible for analyzing, communicating, coordinating, and providing solutions to customer needs;
3. Implement company strategies, policies, and standards, maintain effective communication between the team and customers;
4. Provide feedback on market trends, collect customer feedback, improvement suggestions, and coordinate and assist the team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Have a deep understanding of the local market and cultural environment, and good business negotiation skills.
• Have excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills, and proficient in communicating in English.
• Have a confident, enthusiastic and persistent attitude, identify with the company's business philosophy, and be able to grow together with the company through personal efforts;
• Have an educational background in a Business-related course with 3 or more years of sales expansion or marketing experience, experience in the Bigdata, electronics, communication, or internet industry is preferred.
