Vice-President of Strategy & Learning at Luminate

We are seeking an outstanding leader to become our Vice-President, Strategy and Learning. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Leadership Team, the Vice-President, Strategy and Learning will play a key role in driving forwards the evolution and implementation of our new five-year strategy.  

• You will lead the Strategic Functions Team including Strategy & Insights, Impact & Learning and in doing so will to ensure that Luminate’s learning framework delivers insights and evidence to support or challenge our strategic assumptions.
• You will help Luminate to navigate complex systems in which we operate, to create more effective strategies and achieve our impact goals.
• We are interested in candidates from a broad range of backgrounds who will bring a clear commitment to impactful philanthropy and our vision for a future where everyone has the power to shape society.
• You will demonstrate an excellent track record in strategic leadership and the ability to develop clear, cogent, and relevant strategies that allow for course correction.
• Your strengths will include leading organisations through systems change, dynamic and visionary leadership, expert stakeholder engagement skills and experience in partnering with multi-disciplinary teams for strategic change and impact.
