We are seeking a creative and talented Videographer & Multimedia Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong video production and editing skills, a good understanding of short-form social media content, and the creativity to develop engaging content for local audiences.

Job Summary

• The Videographer & Multimedia Designer will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing and delivering engaging video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The role will also provide support in basic graphic design and work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to create content that strengthens brand engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Assist with TikTok video production, including content planning, script development, shooting arrangements and on-camera direction.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current market topics, social media trends and popular local content.
• Manage the full video production process, including filming, editing, colour correction, audio editing, subtitles, visual effects and final delivery.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to produce engaging and brand-relevant video content.
• Recommend appropriate video formats, creative concepts, shooting styles and content angles for different platforms and campaigns.
• Assist with basic graphic design work for social media posts, promotional materials, video covers and campaign content.
• Ensure all video and design materials are completed on time and meet required brand and quality standards.
• Organise and maintain video footage, project files, design materials and other creative assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in video shooting, editing and post-production, with the ability to complete projects independently.
• Proficiency in commonly used video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
• Good understanding of TikTok content, short-form video trends, social media culture and local audience preferences.
• Strong awareness of market trends and the ability to develop original and creative content ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with Marketing and Social Media teams.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Applicants who own professional equipment suitable for high-quality video production will be preferred.
• Applicants must provide a portfolio and samples of previous video or graphic design work.
