Warehouse Inbound Supervisor at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

About the role:

• The Warehouse Inbound Supervisor oversees all inbound operations within the warehouse, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient receipt of goods from suppliers and transporters. The role holder will be in charge of supervising unloading activities, verifying documentation, and ensuring that received stock is promptly and correctly stored in designated locations.

What you would be expected to do:

• Coordinate inbound schedules and transporter turnaround
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and GRNs
• Oversee unloading and put-away activities
• Communicate with Procurement and Fulfillment on expected deliveries
• Flag and escalate damaged or incorrect deliveries
• Maintain inbound records and compliance documentation
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

You would be a strong candidate if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business-related fields
• Are familiar with ERP/WMS systems for goods receipt and bin updates
• Have 3+ years in warehousing and inbound operations in a busy environment
• Are detail-oriented and process-centred
• Demonstrate knowledge of receiving documentation and physical verification
• Are organized and capable of managing time-critical activities
• Have advanced skills in large volume data management and analysis skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Possess the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Are comfortable using handheld devices and WMS modules for inbound
