Warehouse Inventory Controller at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

About the role:

• The role holder will be in charge of safeguarding the accuracy, integrity, and visibility of all warehouse inventory. This role ensures that stock records in both physical and digital systems reflect the actual inventory on hand, enabling accurate order fulfilment, efficient stock management, and minimal losses.

What you would be expected to do:

• Coordinate put-away and picking for FIFO enforcement
• Conduct routine cycle counts and spot checks
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances
• Flag aged, obsolete, or damaged inventory
• Work with inbound/outbound teams to prevent stock loss
• Physical bin card management and maintain updated bin accuracy in WMS
• Generate inventory health reports
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

You would be a strong candidate if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business-related fields
• Possess 3+ years experience in inventory control or audit roles
• Have strong Excel/WMS skills for variance tracking
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, process, and data accuracy
• Have experience in conducting stock reconciliations and root cause analysis
• Possess strong comprehension of bin card management and warehouse documentation
• Are comfortable using handheld devices and WMS modules
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Are organized and capable of managing time-critical activities
