    Web Designer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive e-commerce websites.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
    • Develop and implement website navigation and layout.
    • Optimize websites for speed, search engines, and mobile devices.
    • Ensure website compatibility with multiple browsers and devices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
    • Manage and maintain websites to ensure they remain up-to-date and secure.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot website issues.
    • Develop and implement website testing and quality assurance processes.
    • Conduct user testing and evaluate feedback to make improvements.

    Essential Skills & Attributes

    • Experience with content management systems (CMS), specifically WordPress.
    • Experience with e-commerce websites.
    • Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
    • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
    • Strong understanding of web design best practices, including responsive design and accessibility.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
