Workshop Manager - Agri-Division at Simba Group

Simba Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead its Agri-Division workshop team and oversee day-to-day workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technician scheduling and productivity targets.
• Maintain quality and service standards.
• Oversee warranty claims and workshop processes.
• Manage budgets and operational performance.
• Lead and develop the workshop team supporting agricultural equipment operations.

Key Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in automotive or agricultural equipment.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
