Impact Africa Consulting Limited (IACL) is pleased to announce the 2026 Graduate Recruitment Programme, an exciting opportunity for recent graduates from recognized institutions who are passionate about building a career in sustainability and development consulting.

This is a 12-month Kenya-based programme that begins with a 3-month internship phase, followed by a 9-month period of hands-on experience, professional growth, and practical exposure to real-world projects in climate change and sustainability.

This is the 4th cohort, and IACL and the trainees have recorded remarkable success with most of our past participants progressing into various roles within IACL. We are proud to continue nurturing the next generation of sustainability professionals through this impactful initiative.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A First Class Honours or Upper Second-Class Honours degree in a business-related or social science discipline.
• A minimum KCSE Mean Grade of B+ (or equivalent).
• Graduation year: 2024 graduates or those graduating in 2025.
• Age: Between 22 – 25 years.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
• Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under minimum supervision.
• Proactive, innovative, and creative thinker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
