contribute to the industrial and technological development of Kenya in collaboration with industry and other organizations through the transfer of technology.
undertake research and community service.
provide a multi-level system of post-training programmes relevant to the needs of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training sector, covering a wide range of fields with provision for recognition of prior learning and flexibility of transition between programmes
conduct examinations and grant such academic awards as provided for under this Order; and
collaborate with recognized universities to offer programmes
