This system provides a communications channel between the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority (NWHSA) and its customers in the borehole sector. These customers could be individuals (private developers), companies/organizations and county governments, NGOs, contractors or any other customer interested in NWHSA’s borehole services.Customers will be able to have an overview of the services that the organization offers, request for the services and quotations, without having to physically go to the NWHSA offices.On the other hand, NWHSA will be able to view customer requests and respond to them appropriately and in a timely manner.
