Our collaborative approach consistently prioritizes women’s agency while placing children at the center. It enables the sector to meet both current and latent demands for early childhood care and education services in urban Africa, especially among low-income families.
Formed in 2019, we are piloting our work in Kenya, with the intention of expanding to other African countries.

Transactional processing:
Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with generally accepted accounting princ

Support planning, organizing and establishing the Network of Women in Childcare in the at national level and in targeted Count
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing all HR functions for the organization including problem solving.
Developing, revising, and supporting the CEO to develop systems, policies, and procedures
Board Duties and Responsibilities
As a founder-led start-up, Uthabiti requires a Board that can provide the strategic and practical guidance to the CEO to achieve its mission for the organization.
