Job Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in lifestyle products, interior design, cultural or creative product design and other related industries;
• Minimum Qualification：Bachelor, graduated from art design or productdesign major, with solid drawing skills, will use professional software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreater or ArchiCAD etc;
• A good foundation in sketch and can be design product in independent;
• Good at communication and expression, honest and responsible;
• Good product planning ability and project implementation ability;
• Rigorous logical thinking, efficient execution ability;

Main duty :

• Marketing research and analysis;
• According to market demand analysis, design lifestyle products and gifts, find the best supplier to produce the products;
• Formulate product production standards and strictly supervise suppliers to implement them;
• Tailor-made gifts and packaging according to customer requirements;
• Cooperate with colleagues in the design department to produce product brochures;
• Cooperate with colleagues on social media to promote products online, which requires exquisite product pictures and videos, as well as sales ideas;
• Online activities, cooperate with the team, prepare special gift packages, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year, birthday gifts, etc.,
• Participate in offline exhibitions or Expo.

• More than 3 year experience in business development or marketing or sales which related to artwork, fashion, lifestyle products, interior, cultural or creative product ; 
• Minimum Qualification：Bachelor, major related to Marketing, art, design or BD;
• Passionate about African culture/music/art/hand made products;
• Good at communication and expression, honest and responsible;
• Good product planning ability and project implementation ability;
• Rigorous logical thinking, efficient execution ability;

Main duty :

• According to our positioning, do the marketing research, invite more art or product design workshop/company or independent artist /designer join to our platform; 
• Assist our partners to take good pictures of products, interview and tell the story from article and video;
• Establish the partner database and management system( Profile, payment, delivery, contract, investigate their capabilities, confirm sample, quality control, etc;)
• Cooperate with colleagues in the design department to produce product brochures;
• Cooperate with colleagues on social media to promote products online, which requires exquisite product pictures and videos, as well as sales ideas
• Participate in offline exhibitions, expand sales channels, and expand sales agents at Kenya and abroad，formulate sales agent policy；
• Online activities, cooperate with the team, prepare special gift packages, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year, birthday gifts, etc.,

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in fine arts, film and television post-production, video production related majors;
• Have more than 2 years of experience in video shooting and post-editing; proficient in the use of cameras, Gopro, mobile phones and recording equipment; familiar with editing software, post-composition, music and sound subtitles and other techniques, proficient in the use of Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effect, Photoshop, etc. Editing design software;
• Love life, love video, have rich creativity and artistic skills, can split shots according to specific video themes, make shooting plans, and arrange shooting plans reasonably
• Have a good idea of social media operation, familiar with Instagram Tiktok and related video social media operation experience;
• Motivated, positive, and optimistic. Have good professionalism and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily short video&reels shooting and editing;
• Create creative videos&reels according to the needs of users on Tiktok, Wechat ,Instagram and other social media platforms; cooperate with social media colleagues to complete KPIs;
• Cooperate with travel and social media colleagues to complete sales KPIs;
• Event or activity video shooting and editing;

• Graduated in zoology or tourist relevant major, has 3 years experience as a Travel consultant or guide or relevant experience;
• Rich knowledge with Wildlife, Africa culture, and Art, has travel experience in Africa or other Countries;
• Rich experience in outdoor and team building activities or experience with a parent-child activity
• Love natural lifestyle, Cheerful and optimistic, keen to share;
• Strong curiosity and self-motivation; Open and continuous learner;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good sense of customer service;
• Have good travel product development and wildlife course development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop travel products, including outdoor,team building,honeymoon, Family etc;
• Development of courses and activity for parent-child projects with wild animals and plants;
• Cooperate with the design department to produce the travel product’s accessories, such as Web itinerary/video /picture/reels/brochure/service manual/wildlife handbook/T shirt for event etc;
• Assist the social media department to complete the collection of pictures and video materials
• Part of customer consultation and service supervisor;
