    Business Development Executive (Referral Partner Network)

    • We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our Referral Partner team. This role is crucial for expanding our referral partner network, involving both managing inbound leads and conducting outbound sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging, vetting, and onboarding new partners, including travel agents and other relevant leads, to grow our network. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to connect patients globally with world-class healthcare. With the ambitious goal of expanding our network to over 10,000 partners globally, including a strong emphasis on building our presence across Africa, this position is key to driving our program's success and impact in markets worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inbound Lead Management: Respond to, engage with, and vet inbound leads to determine their suitability for our referral partner network. Guide potential partners through the initial stages of engagement towards signing agreements.
    • Outbound Sourcing: Proactively identify and reach out to potential referral partners, such as travel agents and other relevant organisations. Develop and implement strategies to encourage them to join our network.
    • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current partners. Understand their needs and align them with our program’s objectives to foster long-term collaborations.
    • Agreement Facilitation: Guide potential partners through the process of signing up, ensuring they understand the benefits and commitments involved in joining our network.
    • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and understand industry trends that can inform our outreach strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Referral Partner Manager and other team members to align efforts and share insights that can enhance the overall strategy and effectiveness of the referral partner program.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the outcomes of engagement activities, including lead conversion rates and the growth of the referral network.

    Requiremnts

    Must Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of managing and converting leads.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in outbound sourcing and lead generation.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.

    Nice to Have

    • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or working with referral programs is a plus.
    • Fluency in a second language.

    Account Executive (Referral Partnerships)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Portfolio Management: Take ownership of managing and nurturing relationships with a designated portfolio of referral partners. Ensure their needs are met and that they are fully engaged with our program.
    • Partner Success: Implement strategies to support referral partners in achieving success within our network. Provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and support to maximize their referral potential.
    • Growth Development: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for growth. Encourage increased referral activities through targeted initiatives and incentives.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic support and intervention.
    • Feedback Loop: Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners. Gather feedback on their experiences and needs, facilitating continuous program improvement.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and other relevant teams to align efforts and enhance the overall effectiveness of the referral partnership program.
    • Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new referral partners, ensuring they understand the program's benefits, processes, and how to succeed.

    Requirements

    Must Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer success role, preferably within the healthcare sector or partnership-based business models.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
    • Experience in managing and growing business relationships.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
    • A self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
