Business Development Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
- Salary Range KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000/month
- We equip businesses, institutions and organisations across Kenya with reliable devices and connectivity: smartphones, laptops and tablets in bulk, flexible payment, device insurance, Safaricom Business services and after-sales support. We are looking for a driven sales leader to grow our corporate client base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find and win new corporate, SME and institutional clients
- Sell bulk devices, leasing and instalment plans, insurance and Safaricom Business services
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Build a strong pipeline and meet monthly targets
- Grow repeat business with existing clients
- Report weekly and monthly on sales
WHAT YOU BRING
- Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years in B2B or corporate sales (tech, telecoms or financial services preferred)
- A proven record of hitting targets
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and willing to travel to clients
- Knowledge of Safaricom Business products is an added advantage
