1. Review the operation, identify and implement continuous improvement solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency, increase value and quality, minimize cost/waste/duplication etc
2. Develop and implement Service excellence processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints from KBL or her distributors and transporters etc  
3. Monitor, assess and develop relevant OPEX Scorecards to drive business performance in accordance to set budgets and targets.
4. Assist management to develop Job profiles, Job descriptions, KPIs and Reports and communicate the same throughout the Operation.
5. Liaise with the Operational teams to meet or exceed existing KPIs by identifying the key drivers and providing strong guidance and direction to achieve the best result.
6. Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly reports and presentations to provide operational visibility aimed at decision making.
7. Assess existing KPIs and Reports and enhance them to improve business performance.
8. Champion the CCE agenda on site by ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Code of Business Conduct, Bollore Policies, Government & Regulatory Authorities.
9. Periodically review operations processes to identify risks, close gaps, update procedures and policy manuals, share best practices etc
10. Work closely with Management and the Operations teams to identify, train and develop CCE champions in all categories

Candidate profile 

1. Degree in Finance.
2. Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS.
3. At least 3 years’ experience in External/Internal Audit, Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory Management ,Risk/Governance/Compliance Management
4. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen is an added advantage.

1. Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly reports which provide visibility on operational performance for support and key decision making
2. Drive the CCE agenda on site by ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, Code of Business Conduct, Bollore Policies, Government & Tax Authority regulations.
3. Work closely with Security Controller, Operations Manager & HR Controller to ensure closure on all investigation findings as well as provide recommendations to enhance controls.
4. Develop, evaluate and implement risk management processes and procedures to minimize Company risk and reputation at all times.
5. Review operational performance and provide continuous improvement solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency, minimize cost/waste etc
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve Client complaints

Candidate profile 

1. Degree in Finance.
2. Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS.
3. At least 5 years’ experience in External/Internal Audit, Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory Management ,Risk/Governance/Compliance Management

1. Manage material movement according to the SOP

2. Prepare daily planning schedules to ensure sufficient storage space, personnel and equipment are available to meet daily operational requirements ,

3. Ensure that weekly WMS reports on client volumes and warehouse capacities are done for top management.

4.Monitor staff to ensure job activities are carried out properly based on agreed job descriptions and set objectives.

5. Evaluate complaints received on shipments of equipment and stock, and take appropriate action. 

Candidate profile

1. Degree in either Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
2. 3 years’ experience in supply chain or a related field
3. Training in MS office suite and SAP.
