    Creative Graphic Designer & Videographer

    About the Role:

    A well-established and fast-growing recruitment and talent solutions firm are looking for a talented and fast-paced Creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in visual storytelling, has a passion for digital content, and thrives in a dynamic, brand-focused environment. You will be responsible for producing compelling graphics and short-form videos that support various brand and content strategies across multiple platforms, especially social media.

    Key Responsibilities

    Graphic & Video Content Creation:

    • Design visually engaging carousels, infographics, social media graphics, and banner creatives.
    • Create and edit short-form videos (3090 seconds) for brand storytelling, testimonials, case studies, and industry tips.
    • Integrate captions, motion effects, transitions, and brand assets into all video content.
    • Develop reusable visual templates for consistent branded content (e.g., spotlights, announcements, wins).

    Brand Identity & Consistency:

    • Maintain consistency in use of brand colors, fonts, and visual guidelines across all digital assets.
    • Assist in evolving the visual identity across internal and external materials, including decks and reports.
    • Create branded collateral such as presentation templates and marketing documents.

    Creative Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging objectives.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute visual ideas, and help storyboard campaigns.
    • Assist with shooting team culture snippets, client events, or brand-related footage as needed.

    Key Requirements:

    • 2 - 4 years experience in graphic design, digital media, or videography.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing design range, video editing, and visual storytelling.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and motion design.
    • Comfortable working under deadlines with the ability to take feedback constructively.

    Nice To Have Skills:

    • Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
    • Basic photography and photo editing capabilities.
    • Prior experience working with startups, executive brands, or B2B marketing.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats and performance best practices.
