    Account Recievables

    The Accounts Receivables role is responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances in line with company credit policies. Success in this role is demonstrated through strong client engagement, minimal overdue receivables, and consistent improvement in cash flow. The role acts as a key link between clients, sales, and finance to resolve billing issues efficiently and maintain long-term partnerships. It supports the organization’s financial stability and growth by balancing customer satisfaction with effective credit control.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
    • Manage and maintain assigned key client accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
    • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices to achieve agreed collection targets.
    • Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and prompt resolution of billing or payment issues.
    • Enforce company credit policies, including credit limits and payment terms, to minimize credit risk.
    • Prepare and share accurate receivables, collection, and aging reports with management on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve disputes and ensure correct invoicing.
    • Negotiate payment plans with clients where necessary and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
    • Contribute to improved cash flow and reduced days sales outstanding (DSO) through proactive account management.
    • Carries out any other duty as may be directed

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control, relationship management, or a similar finance-related role.
    • Strong working knowledge of credit management principles, collections processes, and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting or ERP systems.

    Visa Liaison Officer

    The Visa Liaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all visa application processes on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission in accordance with embassy and consular requirements. The role exists to safeguard high visa approval success rates, minimize application risks, and deliver a seamless and professional visa facilitation experience to clients.

    The officer serves as the key link between the client,embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities, protecting the agency’s reputation while driving client satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, review, and verify all client visa documentation for accuracy and completeness
    • Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, processing timelines, and documentation
    • Prepare, compile, and submit visa applications to embassies, consulates, and online portals
    • Track application status and proactively update clients on progress
    • Coordinate appointments, biometrics, interviews, and document collection
    • Maintain embassy and consular relationships for efficient processing
    • Identify and mitigate risks that could lead to visa refusal
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client data
    • Handle appeals, reapplications, and complex visa cases
    • Provide visa-related training and updates to sales and operations teams
    • Keep up to date with immigration law changes and embassy policies

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Travel, International Relations, Business, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in visa processing or travel operations
    • Proven understanding of embassy visa procedures
    • Experience handling multiple visa categories (tourist, business, transit)

    Hotel Desk Coordinator

    The Hotel Desk Cordinator is responsible for professionally managing and delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and seamless hotel accommodation solutions for corporate clients by negotiating competitive rates with hotels, coordinating accurate bookings, ensuring service excellence, and strengthening supplier partnerships — while protecting the company’s profitability and brand reputation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end hotel accommodation services for corporate clients in accordance with approved travel policies and service level agreements (SLAs) / contracts.
    • Coordinate hotel reservations, negotiations, and confirmations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and client preferences are met.
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hotel partners and accommodation suppliers to secure preferred rates and availability.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all booking details, including contracted rates, room allocations, billing instructions, and cancellation terms.
    • Oversee amendments, re-bookings, and cancellations with minimal disruption to client travel plans.
    • Issue booking confirmations, accommodation vouchers, and related documentation in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain and regularly update hotel databases, rate agreements, and supplier records within company systems.
    • Address client inquiries, service escalations, and accommodation-related issues promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams including air ticketing, operations, finance, and account management to deliver seamless travel solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to company procedures, client contracts, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor accommodation spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare management and client reports as required.
    • Support after-hours or emergency accommodation arrangements in line with company policies

    Requirements

    Academic Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Travel & Leisure Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in hotel reservations, travel operations, hospitality coordination, or a similar role within a Travel Management Company, corporate travel agency, hotel reservations office, or hospitality environment.
    • Training in Corporate Travel Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Hotel Reservation Systems is desirable.
    • Working knowledge of hotel reservation systems, corporate travel booking tools, and CRM platforms is desirable.
    • Experience handling corporate clients, negotiated hotel rates, and supplier relationships is highly preferred.
