    Sales Executive – Multibrand

    JOB PURPOSE 

    • This role is responsible for the achievement of the set sales targets to ensure the profitability of the Division.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB 
    Managerial/Supervisory

    • N/A

    Operational Responsibilities 

    • Conduct regular field visits to prospect for clients in order to generate sales and gather market information to assist in planning and decision making;
    • Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from showroom, field activities and promotions to build prospects and close sales;
    • Prepare quotations in a timely manner in line with the CMK guidelines to assist close sales in a timely manner;
    • Create sales orders in the system to facilitate timely invoicing
    • Prepare sales calls programs for appointment bookings with prospective clients to facilitate sales plans;
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals and new business opportunities;
    • Consistently update customers on sales order progress, respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
    • Advise clients on finance packages available through partner financial institutions (Loxea and banks), and assist the clients in filling the required documentation to ensure the sales deals are closed;
    • Liaise with Finance to ensure payment terms are clearly agreed and communicated to the customer, and proper finance documentation, to minimise customer complaints and enhance the closing of sales deals;
    • Follow up on vehicle registration documents including logbooks to ensure the documentation is availed to the customer in a timely manner for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention;
    • Actively participate in promotional and customer training activities to market the company’s products and services to increase product awareness for enhanced sales;
    • Provide information to management and the marketing team on market intelligence to assist garner information required to develop aggressive marketing and sales strategies for the brand
    • Submit accurate weekly deliveries and order intake data to keep track of the monthly sales targets as per budget;
    • Support in the unit ordering process to ensure optimal stock holding at all times;
    • Liaise with pre-owned vehicles section on evaluation and validation of customer vehicles trade-ins requests
    • Assist customers in filing government tax documentation e.g. I tax in order to prepare advance tax documents.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role

    • Degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field

    Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role

    • 5 years’ working experience in sales in the automotive industry or Sales of products, to the Ultra-high-new-worth (UHNWI) clientele.

    Diagnostic Technician

    JOB PURPOSE 

    • This role is responsible for providing service to customer vehicles in line with the ‘fix it right the first time’ standard, in order to support high customer satisfaction and attain revenue and throughput targets for the branch.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB 

    Managerial Responsibilities

    Operational Responsibilities 

    • Carry out repairs as well as scheduled vehicle maintenance as per the CFAO & vehicle manufacturer quality standards for high customer satisfaction and retention rates;
    • Carry out diagnosis on the vehicle using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Use manufacturer applications for technical support by creating technical reports and implementing solutions provided by the manufacturer.
    • Work efficiently in line with manufacturer flat rates.
    • Support less experienced technicians with the diagnosis of complex repairs/service to ensure customers are provided with high-quality service, and to pass on experience and knowledge to the less experienced team;
    • Clean the work area (bay) in compliance with CFAO standards, to ensure the workstation is always safe, clean and tidy;
    • Prepare timely, clear and precise defect reports in order to upsell and consequently generate more revenue for the branch;
    • Test the functionality of parts and systems
    • Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
    • Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
    • Working in accordance with CFAO QHSE policies and guidelines.
    • Working in accordance with CFAO policies and procedures.
    • Understand and apply KAIZEN within his work environment.
    • Keep a professional appearance.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

    • Diploma in automotive engineering
    • Certified Technician (Diagnostic Master Technician)

    • 2 years working experience as a diagnostic technician

    Management Trainees - Finance

    We are looking for candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CPA/ACCA and have one year’s hands on experience in either Payables, treasury or Tax management.

    The trainees will be based in our Head Office in Nairobi and their roles and responsibility will include;

    • Maintenance of records and reporting of Intercompany Accounts, Staff Accounting and other accounts receivables.
    • Support in bank accounts management in line with the CFAO Mobility Kenya cash guidelines and teller management.
    • Support Tax Accountant in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, maintaining accurate tax records, preparing tax schedules and reports, and assisting with tax audits and advisory assignments.

    Minimum academic and professional qualification

    • A recent Graduate in the year 2024/2025, holder of Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    • Professional certificate in (CPAK, ACCA) will be an added advantage
    • Proficiency in accounting systems (eg SAP, Oracle) and Ms. Office
    • 1 year working experience (period of attachment/internship) will be considered
