    Accounts Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
    • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
    • Assist with other accounting projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
    • High professional integrity and organizational skills.
    • Have a positive attitude and self-drive.
    • Proficiency in use of MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring the alignment of purchase orders with receipts and deliveries to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Compiling, reviewing, and reconciling detailed statements for suppliers and creditors.
    • Organizing and securely filing receipts while overseeing accounts payables to support financial operations.
    • Conducting reconciliation of daily and periodic sales and expenses reports.
    • Managing Petty cash disbursements and reconciliations on a weekly basis to track small expenditures effectively.
    • Generating comprehensive payroll schedule reports monthly to facilitate timely and accurate employee compensation.
    • Overseeing inventory management processes to guarantee optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in general accounting.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
    • High professional integrity and organizational skills.
    • Have a positive attitude and self-drive.
