    Category Manager - Home & Living

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy.
    • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Define category objectives, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Curate a balanced and compelling product assortment that meets customer needs and aligns with company goals.
    • Evaluate and select new products and suppliers based on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable agreements.
    • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
    • Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions, competitor actions, and sales performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
    • Address and resolve any issues related to product quality, supply chain, or vendor performance.
    • Analyze sales data and category performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying within the retail or e-commerce industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing product categories, preferably in the electronics sector.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Head of Seller Operation

    Job Summary

    The Head of Seller Operation is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the technical and operational aspects of seller management on Kilimall's platform. This role requires leveraging advanced data analytics, project management skills, and technical proficiency to ensure efficient seller operations, compliance, and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with large data sets to distill insights into sellers’ behaviour using advanced data analytics tools (SQL, Python Pandas, R etc).
    • Conduct industry analysis into policies, tools and initiatives to identify learnings that can be adapted to our users.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our sellers via face-to-face interaction with local teams and sellers. Travel is expected.
    • Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to senior management
    • Conceptualize new tools and product improvements for sellers; collaborate with the Product team to translate these into business requirements and launch new products

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
    • Proficiency in data analytics and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
    • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and project management software.

    Security Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Securing the premises and personnel by taking regular patrols in and out of the premises.
    • Frisking of employees as they get in and out of the company premises.
    • Monitoring surveillance equipment - CCTV to deter crimes and provide footages whenever required by related departments.
    • Inspecting the warehouse, equipment, and access points.
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and walk in customers and visitors
    • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.
    • Respond to Emergencies and adhere to company service, legal requirements and Standard operating Procedures.
