    Consultant - Visual Design & Creative Production

    The Consultant Will

    • Design visually engaging graphics, infographics, and other visual elements for social media platforms, print media, and marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and execute content marketing design strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
    • Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, enhancing visual storytelling.
    • Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations, to facilitate learning and knowledge retention.
    • Implement motion graphics to create dynamic and engaging content for various marketing channels.
    • Support filming and photography projects to support marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality visual content production.

    Requirements

    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective digital media content, instructional materials, and visual design projects tailored for diverse audiences.
    • 3 years of proven experience in digital media design and visual content creation, with a focus on culturally diverse audiences and online learning environments.
    • Availability to periodically meet in person for project briefings, work collaborations & team meetings
    • Based in Nairobi, Kenya.

    Systems Operations Manager

    Responsibilities
    Process Mapping and Improvement:

    • Analyze and document existing operational processes.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize workflows.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to map business processes and translate these into system requirements.

    Project Management And Implementation

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of system implementation projects, ensuring they meet requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
    • Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of system and data-related projects.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

    System Integration And Configuration

    • Work with stakeholders to evaluate and select tools that fit the organisation’s end-to-end needs, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with Tech stakeholders to configure systems, ensuring they align with organizational processes and integrate smoothly with existing workflows.
    • Oversee the integration of HRMS, financial systems, CRM, project management tools, and workspace systems to ensure seamless functionality and interoperability across platforms.

    Data Management And Analysis

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain core dashboards and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international data protection laws through regular compliance reviews, audits, and training sessions

    Requirements

    • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience

    • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in system integration and process automation.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in digital transformation and operations improvement.
