    Graphic Designer

    Position Overview:

    • Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative graphic designer experienced in digital marketing to translate their strategy into visual concepts that resonate with the community. If you are a creative professional passionate about designing captivating visuals and enhancing digital marketing strategies, then this job is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and design eye-catching graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Create engaging video content to support our marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the management team to design materials that align with our brand identity.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
    • Create, manage and update social media and website content.
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance metrics, and report on the same.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, digital media or related field.
    • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
    • Proficiency in google Ads, google analytics, SEO, social media and content marketing strategies.
    • Knowledge of web design.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

    HubSpot Digital Telemarketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Obtain and qualify call lists, identifying the best prospects to contact.
    • Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce services, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings.
    • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to log interactions, track progress, and follow up with leads.
    • Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring all communications are professional and clear.
    • Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into sales by effectively articulating the benefits of our products and services.
    • Reporting: Regularly update management on progress, issues, and successes. Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall company objectives.

    Requirements

    • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Telemarketing role.
    • Clear Communication: Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to speak clear, standard English with U.S.-based companies and clients.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least three languages, including English (written, spoken, and reading), is required.
    • Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency; tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues.
    • CRM Software Experience: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM software) to manage leads, contacts, and customer data.
    • Equipment Requirements: A personal laptop, phone, high-quality headphones, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 90 Mbps). Candidates should be willing to upgrade their internet speed to meet the requirement if necessary.
    • Certification: While a telemarketing certification is a plus, it is not required. We value hands-on, proven experience in telemarketing.
