    Group Treasurer

    As our Treasury Manager, you will take ownership of the group’s treasury operations and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy. You will ensure that our group’s financial resources are managed strategically and effectively, supporting our mission to make a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include:

    Managing cash flow:

    • Develop, implement, and actively monitor cash flow plans to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Identify and implement effective solutions for optimizing liquidity across subsidiaries.

    Building strategic bank relationships:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with financial institutions to support debt-raising activities.
    • Secure financing solutions aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.

    Driving treasury excellence:

    • Design and execute a robust treasury management policy tailored to the group’s needs.
    • Review and optimize governance, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency.

    Leading the treasury committee:

    • Organize and chair weekly group treasury management committee meetings, driving actionable outcomes.

    Providing strategic insights:

    • Prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports on treasury activities and key performance indicators.
    • Proactively manage treasury operations to minimize capital costs and enhance financial efficiency.

    Your background and experience: 

    • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a holding company or a multi-country organization.
    • Strong expertise in international treasury management, multi-currency transactions, and liquidity optimization.
    • Proven experience securing two-digit million-dollar financing with banks and structuring short-term loans.
    • Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
    • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA or CTP are a strong advantage.
    • Fluency in English is essential.

    Head of School - Africa

    As Head of School, you will lead one of our dynamic institutions, driving its transformation into a leading African International School of Choice. You will oversee all educational and financial outcomes, ensuring excellence across all dimensions of the school. Your role will involve establishing, managing, and continuously improving key areas such as learning and teaching, finance, operations, and student recruitment, all in alignment with the group’s Standards & Practices and the Enko Culture. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Implementing the Enko model: Ensure the school operates in full alignment with Enko’s framework and reference documents, including those provided by our academic partners (IB, CAIE) and local regulatory bodies.
    • Leading accreditation processes: Successfully guide the school through international accreditation and re-accreditation processes, including those of the IB, CAIE, and relevant national authorities.
    • Achieving educational excellence: Deliver the school’s educational objectives in alignment with Enko Education’s overarching goals, ensuring academic and teaching quality.
    • Building a high-performing team: Recruit, develop, and retain top-quality teaching and non-teaching staff to foster an outstanding and motivated team.
    • Driving growth and financial performance: Achieve student recruitment targets and financial objectives, including managing the school’s P&L and leading it towards or maintaining positive EBITDA.
    • Generating additional revenue: Develop and execute strategies to create new revenue streams that support the school’s growth and sustainability.
    • Enhancing parent and student experience: Ensure high levels of satisfaction among students and parents, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership.
    • Contributing to network development: Actively participate in improving the Enko model and support the expansion of our network across Africa, leveraging insights and best practices.

    As the local representative of the Enko brand, you will actively engage with stakeholders—parents, staff, shareholders, partners, and landlords—to uphold and enhance the school’s reputation and mission.
    Reporting to the School Management Committee, you will collaborate closely with the school's Sponsor and leverage the resources and expertise from the Central team and the other Heads of Schools.

    Sales & Customer Manager – Open Application

    As a Sales & Customer Manager, you will be the face and voice of the school for families and the community. You will be key to growing the school’s enrolment and ensuring an excellent experience for students and parents by:

    • Promoting the school’s curriculum and educational value in the local community
    • Managing the admissions funnel, from first contact to enrolment
    • Leading school visits and engaging directly with prospective families
    • Creating and running local marketing and community engagement activities
    • Building strong relationships with enrolled families to improve retention and satisfaction
    • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve the school’s offering
    • Working closely with the Head of School and the Central marketing team to reach enrolment targets

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field
    • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (education sector is a plus)
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills
    • Digital fluency (CRM tools, email campaigns, social media)
    • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
    • Fluent in English and the main language of the location you would like to be based in

    Integration Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Post-Acquisition Integration Project Management
    • Lead integration projects for newly acquired schools, defining a clear vision and a detailed action plan for each project, involving key internal staff and the Executive Committee.
    • Develop schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and lead steering committee meetings.
    • Ensure a high level of engagement from internal and external stakeholders during the integration process, including Enko Education teams, local teams, parents, students, and partners.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the execution, quality, and results of the integration.
    • Change Management
    • Support local teams in adopting the Enko Education model, taking into account local specificities.
    • Facilitate communication and dialogue between local teams and the central team to ensure smooth and sustainable change.
    • Identify frictions and propose solutions for effective alignment. Desired profile
    • We are looking for a well-rounded professional capable of transforming an acquisition into an operational success. As a strategist, facilitator, and project manager, you will be able to lead complex integration projects in dynamic, multicultural environments while maintaining a high level of rigor, clarity of collective commitment, agility, and interpersonal skills to support newly acquired schools in successfully and effectively aligning with the Enko Education model.
    • You have experience leading transformation or integration projects in growing or restructuring organizations, ideally in the education, consulting, or NGO sectors, or within a multi-site African group. You are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.) and combine a global vision, hands-on experience, and strong coordination skills.
    • Fluency in French and English is essential.

    As the ideal candidate you demonstrate:

    • Excellence in leading and executing complex projects: You have at least 5 years of experience leading large-scale projects (post-acquisition integration, organizational transformation, business launch, or multi-country deployment). Structured and impact-oriented, you are proficient in project management tools and methods (Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt, PMP, Agile, etc.) and know how to translate vision into a concrete and measurable action plan.
    • Collaborative Leadership and Communication: You know how to rally and mobilize teams with diverse backgrounds around common objectives and naturally create connections, generate engagement around a shared vision, and establish constructive dialogue. Your communication style is clear, diplomatic, and inspiring, fostering dialogue between local teams, central functions, and management.
    • Change Management and Human Support: You understand human dynamics during periods of transition and know how to transform resistance into support. Empathetic and tactical, you support local teams in adopting the Enko Education model, taking into account local realities and sensitivities.
    • Analytical Mind and Sense of Structure: You quickly analyze processes, identify points of friction, and propose sustainable solutions. You enjoy documenting, standardizing, and capitalizing on best practices to make them replicable in future integrations.
    • Operational Agility: You navigate with ease between strategic vision and concrete problem-solving. Assertive yet pragmatic, you know when to adapt solutions and when to standardize.
    • Knowledge of African Contexts and Intercultural Intelligence: Your experience in Africa, or your solid familiarity with its economic, cultural, and educational contexts, allows you to navigate with agility between different local realities and build trusting relationships on the ground.
    • Quality Orientation and Operational Excellence: Demanding of yourself and your deliverables, you ensure that projects are carried out with precision, in compliance with deadlines and Enko standards. You know how to produce clear, documented, and usable deliverables, which facilitate the continuity and growth of the group.
