Job Description
Develop and implement a creative vision that aligns with the company's goals and objectives working together with Marketing executive and Engineering team
Lead the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s creative approach fresh and competitive.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final implementation.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how specific features work and look like.
Design and update the company website, including regular content updates taking content guidance from Marketing executives.
Design creative designs for social media content and email marketing.
Design impactful product pitch decks and presentations to support the sales team and update them when required.
Shoot and edit video content per the marketing content calendar.
Design company art works for various design works as required, including coordinating printing and delivery of such art works.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on the user experience of various applications.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards in the company.
Requirements
Strong Portfolio of compelling design projects.
Strong Portfolio/ experience of marketing content designs, presentations and online campaigns.
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Canva).
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop InDesign, etc.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to details.
High Organizational, Multi-tasking and Planning skills.

Requirements
Undergraduate qualification in Projects Management, or related field or Continuing students in at least their second year of study in university/college. Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Looker, PowerBI
Experience with Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL
