• On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Manager Customer Service & Operational Activities to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and consistency to our clients, avoiding out of stock situations.
• Ensure the supply of goods is done consistently and efficiently, trying to optimize on our landing costs.
• Liaising with transporters and suppliers to make sure the business relationship the company is having with them is optimal.
• Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Ensure stock safety.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Inspecting the levels of business supplies goods.
• Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Manage teams to ensure high level of customer support and stock availability.
• Accountable of the Dispatch service and processes
• Accountable of the customer service process management and customer satisfaction
• Support Business development by following the New Product Introduction Processes
• Accountable of any Improvement projects to structure the operations in order to serve the customer at the optimum level.
• Ensure the manufacturing service, quality, and cost of the production workshop.
• Ensure the safety of the Operations Teams
• Ad Hoc duties as required by management under the Operations Scope

Knowledge and Experience Requirements (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• On behalf of our, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Company Veterinarian to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

Job summary:

• To Develop, Manage and Grow the company animal health range in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.

KEY DUTIES:
Technical

• Represent the organization in industry forums that require the input of the Company Veterinarian, participating in professional and industry events, meetings, and forums.
• Provide technical advice and consultation to Farmers, Vets as well as the teams on good animal health practices, through Farm visits and training.
• Provide technical input in marketing communication material, including traditional & Digital Media.

New Product Development

• Be a part of the New Product Development team
• Carry out Gap Analysis Exercise to identify gaps in our product portfolio.
• Liase with the relevant departments for identification, development and/or sourcing of suitable products for launch.
• Liase with relevant members of the team to carry out activities related to this launch, including but not limited to Product screening, Trials, Registrations & packaging.
• Identify risks & recommend mitigation steps.

Regulatory

• Act as the official Company Veterinarian as guided by the law.
• In collaboration with the Regulatory team, liaise with relevant suppliers and partners to ensure compliance to animal health products regulations in relevant countries. productivity, Performance and Personal Development
• Deliver agreed on KPI’s as per department objectives. Institute immediate corrective action where performance is below par.

Financial Management

• Manage activities within approved limits.

Risk Mitigation, Compliance & Audit

• Real time utilisation of MacMobile to record all customer interactions.
• Adhere and comply with the GMP, policies, procedures, and statutory guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Highly developed skills in animal health
•  Good Communication Skills
• Training, Planning & Organising skills.

 Leadership Qualities

• Competent in basic computer applications
•  Not less than 5 years of commercial experience in the Animal Health domain.
• Certificate in Artificial Insemination
