    Senior Project Manager

    • We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of the iconic Jabali Towers project. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from detailed design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and final handover. The Project Manager will be the single point of accountability for delivering this complex, high-value project on time, within budget, and to the highest international standards of quality and safety.
    • Site Operations & Construction Management: 
    • Lead and direct all on-site civil and structural construction activities, from earthworks and foundations to superstructure, facade, and finishing works. 
    • Oversee all construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. 
    • Develop and implement detailed construction execution plans, ensuring that all works are adequately planned, controlled, and executed in line with the project schedule. 
    • Manage and coordinate the activities of all civil works subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and are aligned with project objectives. 
    • Act as the lead technical authority on-site for all civil engineering matters, providing expert, practical solutions to complex construction challenges. 
    • Project Controls & Coordination: 
    • Assist in the preparation of accurate project programs, clearly indicating the timeframes and activities involved, and monitor progress against the plan, taking corrective action where required. 
    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the civil/structural works and other disciplines on-site, including MEP, architectural, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration. 
    • Manage and resolve any on-site clashes and coordination issues between different contractors and disciplines to ensure harmonized project delivery. 
    • Maintain accurate records of delays and changes that have occurred and assist in preparing claims for variations and time extensions. 
    • Quality, Safety & Compliance: 
    • Implement and enforce a rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure all civil works meet the specified standards and designs. 
    • Champion a world-class health and safety culture on-site, ensuring strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. 
    • Ensure all construction activities are in full compliance with Kenyan building codes, local authority regulations, and international best practices. 
    • Leadership & Team Management: 
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site civil engineering and supervision team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the provision of an adequate and efficient workforce, aligned with the construction phases and work priorities. 
    • Conduct regular progress meetings with contractors and project stakeholders to review performance and address any issues. 

    Requirements

    • Hard skills and experience: 
    • Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized university. A master's degree or Professional Chartership (CEng, P.Eng., or equivalent) is highly advantageous. 
    • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive, post-graduate experience in civil construction management, with a proven track record on high-rise buildings (20+ storeys), mixed-use developments, or other large-scale, complex projects. 
    • Industry Background: Extensive experience working for major international main contractors in a senior site-based role is essential. Experience on landmark, large-scale, master-planned developments or significant high-rise projects internationally is a critical advantage. 
    • International Exposure: Demonstrable, hands-on international project experience in challenging environments is essential. 
    • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of all aspects of civil and structural construction, including deep foundations, reinforced concrete structures, formwork systems, and modern construction methodologies. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) is required. 
    • Project Lifecycle Experience: Must have experience overseeing projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion and handover.

    Senior Civil Engineer (Infrastructure)

    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Civil Engineer to take a leading role in the design and delivery of large-scale urban infrastructure. This pivotal position requires a seasoned professional with deep analytical and design skills in city-scale infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and advanced stormwater management systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of guiding projects from conceptual design through to site supervision and completion. A critical aspect of this role is the mandatory, close collaboration with urban designers and landscape architects to create integrated, sustainable, and resilient urban environments. This is a unique opportunity for an expert engineer to make a significant impact on the development of major city projects.
    Infrastructure Design & Technical Analysis 

    • Lead the conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design of all civil infrastructure for large-scale urban developments, including road networks (geometric and pavement design), potable water distribution, and wastewater collection systems. 
    • Conduct and oversee comprehensive hydrological and hydraulic modeling for stormwater management systems, including flood-line analysis and the design of sustainable urban drainage systems (SuDS). 
    • Prepare and approve high-quality engineering documentation, including detailed calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings, ensuring compliance with international and local standards. 
    • Utilize advanced infrastructure modeling tools to analyze and optimize designs for efficiency, constructability, and long-term performance. 
    • Project Execution & Site Supervision 
    • Provide expert technical oversight during the construction phase, ensuring all works are executed in strict accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. 
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide decisive on-site solutions to technical challenges and contractor queries. 
    • Manage the review and approval of construction materials and contractor submittals to ensure they meet design requirements and quality benchmarks. 
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the design office and the construction site, ensuring seamless communication and rapid resolution of issues. 
    • Integrated Design & Stakeholder Coordination 
    • Mandatory: Work in close and continuous coordination with urban designers and landscape architects to ensure that infrastructure design is seamlessly integrated with the overall masterplan and public realm vision. 
    • Participate in integrated design workshops to align road corridors, utility easements, and stormwater strategies with urban planning and landscape architecture objectives. 
    • Liaise effectively with government agencies, regulatory bodies, utility providers, and other external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ensure compliance. 
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving within the team.

    Requirements

    Key Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field (mandatory).
    • Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in the design and site supervision of civil infrastructure for large-scale developments.
    • Proven expertise in the design of roads, water and sewer networks, stormwater management systems, and flood risk assessments.
    • Solid understanding of international design standards (e.g., AASHTO) and familiarity with local regulations.
    • Skilled in Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, and hydrology/hydraulic modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, StormCAD, WaterGEMS, or SewerGEMS.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an added advantage.
    • Experience working collaboratively with urban designers and landscape architects on multi-disciplinary projects.
