    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Female
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer care and interpersonal skills.
    • Good telephone etiquette and email communication.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Ability to handle client enquiries and maintain accurate records.
    • Professionalism, honesty, patience, and confidentiality.

    Added Advantages

    • Previous experience in customer service or sales.
    • Knowledge of real estate operations.
