Deployment officer at Kleen Homes Security Services

Job Summary

As the incumbent you will be required to ensure appropriate staffing levels as per our contract requirements and deal with any sudden staffing shortages in the shortest time possible. You will also be expected to deploy personnel according to their skill level and requirements of each individual contract. In addition you will supervise all field personnel including rider supervisors and site project officers.

Requirements

1. At least 5 experience in the Security Industry
2. Must be a motorcycle rider with 5 years experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
5. Committed and reliable
6. O-level education
7. Result oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
9. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of security operations and well networked in security industry.
10. Ability to work confidently, persuasively and to gain the respect and trust of other senior managers
11. Proficiency in computer skills including word processing and basic excel spread sheets
12. Should be unrelenting in the pursuit of excellence, ensuring to lead by setting the standards.
13. A Degree or diploma in security studies will be an added advantage.
14. Knowledge and operation of security equipment, knowledge of current Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP) including security breach, knowledge of current performance protocols

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee the day to day security operations of deployment, supervision and allocation of duties as required at the client sites.
2. Responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day team effort of Supervisors, Senior Security Officers, Security Coordination Officers and other assigned personnel to ensure that services are delivered in a quality and cost effective manner.
3. To perform spot checks at all assignments
4. Oversee compliance of Guards with established company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
5. Responsible for ensuring all employees portray a corporate brand image through inspections of guarding uniforms, company vehicles and motor bikes and equipment.
6. Ensure all assignments have Standard Operating Procedures and post orders posted where they can be seen by the guards
7. Ensure client’s requirements, requests, complaints and suggestions are reported according to procedures and addressed in a timely manner.
8. Arrange and maintain guards Off-duty and leave rosters to ensure leave commitments and the reliever line will be fulfilled.
9. Effectively liaise with state security agencies where necessary
10. Participate in meetings to determine security operational needs.
11. Conduct weekly parades for existing staff and train security officers regarding all the security protocols at their assignments.
12. Ensure that Operations Manager is kept fully briefed on issues arising (in writing)
13. Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned
