The Digital Inclusion Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that support women entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to adopt and effectively use digital solutions to strengthen their businesses.
The role focuses on enabling access to digital financial services, business applications, and digital marketing tools that improve operational efficiency, financial inclusion, and market reach.
The incumbent will work closely with SMEs to recruit, onboard, and support them in integrating digital platforms such as mobile and digital banking, fintech solutions, bookkeeping tools, and social media into their daily operations.
The role also involves building and managing partnerships with private sector actors—including banks, microfinance institutions, insurance firms, fintechs, and mobile network operators—to expand access to digital solutions, sponsorships, and ecosystem opportunities such as trade fairs and market linkage events.
Reporting to the Senior Programs Manager, the Digital Inclusion Program Manager will coordinate program delivery, private sector engagement, monitoring and reporting, and learning, ensuring that digital inclusion initiatives are practical, scalable, and responsive to the realities of women-owned businesses operating in low-resource environments.
The County Programs Manager (CPM) is responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and oversight of SRC’s programs at the county level. The role ensures effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities in line with approved workplans, budgets, and donor requirements, while maintaining strong relationships with county governments, community institutions, and implementation partners.
The CPM leads county-level program execution by coordinating field teams, supervising County Programs Officers, and ensuring that activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. The role involves translating national or program-level strategies into practical, county-specific implementation plans, managing operational risks, and resolving implementation challenges as they arise.
A key aspect of the role is stakeholder engagement and representation. The County Programs Manager serves as SRC’s primary focal point at county level, engaging with county government departments, national agencies, donors, private sector actors, and community leaders to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and program ownership. The role also supports partnership development and contributes to donor engagement, reporting, and learning processes.
The CPM is accountable for county-level monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, including overseeing data collection, ensuring data quality, contributing to donor and management reports, and supporting documentation of lessons learned and success stories.
The role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, ethical conduct, and compliance with SRC policies, including PSEA, while fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team culture in the county
The Head of Investor Readiness and Access to Finance will lead the design and implementation of integrated SME support programs across three core areas: access to finance and investment, market access and growth, and business model strengthening. The role is responsible for ensuring that SMEs progress from foundational business readiness to bankable, investable, and market-responsive enterprises.
The incumbent will work closely with SMEs to strengthen financial and operational systems, develop investment-ready business cases, and structure appropriate financing pathways, while simultaneously building and managing partnerships with financial institutions, investors, insurers, fintechs, and market actors.
The role will play a critical translation function—converting enterprise-level needs into credible, de-risked, and bankable opportunities that align with the requirements of capital providers and buyers.
