We are hiring for the role Dispatch Executive- Dispatcher for a reputed steel manufacturing industry based out at Kenya location.
Experience- Minimum 4- 5 Years.
Industry-Candidate must have steel industry experience.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team
• Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics.
• Provide oversight for carrier scheduling and routing software implementation, including managing any necessary updates to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Develop new programs as needed, such as shipment tracking solutions in coordination with accounting, analysis of system performance metrics, etc.
• Evaluate systems vendors, equipment providers (common carrier phone line providers), or other suppliers to assess potential impact on service level agreements
• Ensure that all dispatchers receive adequate training.
• Maintain optimum use of the department’s system equipment, including replacing or upgrading as appropriate
• Establish, monitor, and implement procedures for evaluating performance of employees
• Mediate problems and disputes between dispatch/route service personnel and customers as needed
• Ensure that department personnel adhere to all company policies concerning ethics, legal compliance, safety, customer service and environmental protection standards.

We are hiring for the role Stores and warehouse manager for a reputed steel manufacturing industry based out at Kenya location.
Experience- Minimum 4- 5 Years.
Industry-Candidate must have steel industry experience.
Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAP module.

• Proper coordination & communication with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
• Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
• Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for the same.
• Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.
• Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between inter units.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
• Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required.
