    About the role

    Key responsibilities

    • Partner with various departments to implement HR best practices.

    • Gain exposure to HR centers of expertise like Organisational Effectiveness, Learning & Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.
    • Influence strategic decisions and performance within specific business functions.
    • Utilize your extensive people and business knowledge to drive growth across various businesses and regions.

    Qualifications and skills

    • On track for a degree or equivalent in a Business-related discipline (majoring in Human Resources).
    • Have a minimum of 6 month work experience, no more than 3 years.
    • Ambitious, curious and can’t wait to put your talents into action. 
    • Open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.  
    • A graduate or a soon-to-be graduate. 
    • Fluent in English and ideally another language. 
    • Eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to* 
    • Open to travelling and relocating.
