    Territory Trade Marketer (HPC Brands)

    Job Overview

    The Territory Trade Marketer – HPC will be responsible for driving in-market execution of trade marketing strategies within the assigned territory. The role focuses on strengthening product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance, while managing distributors and coordinating field teams to achieve territory growth and execution excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across the assigned territory.
    • Ensure optimal product availability, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promotion compliance across general trade outlets.
    • Manage distributors and coordinate field teams of at least 10 staff per territory to achieve sales and distribution targets.
    • Support territory ownership initiatives to grow numeric and weighted distribution.
    • Conduct regular market audits, outlet checks, and retail execution reviews.
    • Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
    • Prepare and submit accurate field and performance reports to management.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically within Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products.
    • Proven experience managing distributors and large field teams.
    • Strong understanding of general trade execution, merchandising standards, POSM deployment, and promotional compliance.
    • Demonstrated track record of territory ownership and growth.
    • High field orientation with the ability and willingness to work extensively in the territory.

    Site Operations Coordinator

    Job Description

     Site Coordination & Team Supervision

    • Coordinate daily activities of boiler operators, maintenance technicians, and contractors.
    • Allocate duties, monitor attendance, task execution, and site discipline.
    • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job coaching.
    • Act as the primary site liaison between operations, maintenance, and head office.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Monitor site KPIs including boiler uptime, maintenance completion, safety, fuel, water, and chemical consumption.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance reports.
    • Review trends, deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
    • Escalate operational risks and non-conformities in a timely manner.

    Boiler Operations & Compliance

    • Coordinate and supervise daily boiler operations and monitoring.
    • Ensure boilers operate within approved safety and design parameters.
    • Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, certifications, and renewals.
    • Maintain boiler logs, water analysis records, and compliance documentation.

    Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

    • Enforce safety procedures, PTW systems, and LOTO protocols.
    • Conduct routine risk assessments and safety inspections.
    • Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of fuels and chemicals.

    Maintenance Planning & Execution

    • Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
    • Supervise breakdown response to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure availability of critical spares, tools, and consumables.
    • Coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance works with technicians and contractors.

    Stakeholder Coordination

    • Liaise with head office engineering and operations teams.
    • Coordinate with regulatory authorities, inspectors, and auditors.
    • Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Support commissioning, modifications, and system upgrades.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • Valid Boiler Operator Certificate as per regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance at supervisory or management

    Sales Representative (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell off-plan residential apartments to prospective buyers.
    • Actively prospect for new clients by making calls, conducting site visits, leveraging referrals, and building networks.
    • Follow up and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements.

    • Comfortable working on a project-by-project, open contract basis.
    • Willingness to work from the office and attend site visits in Syokimau.
    • Basic computer skills and ability to manage leads digitally.
    • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
