    Store Keeper

    Position Summary

    • Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Store Keeper will be responsible for inventory management, stock control, materials issuance, warehouse safety, procurement coordination, staff supervision, compliance, and audit support.
    • The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, optimal stock levels, timely reporting, reduced losses, and efficient issuance of materials in line with company procedures.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Inventory Management

    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against approved purchase orders and delivery notes. Confirm quantities, quality, and specifications before acceptance.

    Storage & Stock Arrangement

    • Ensure proper storage, binning, labelling, and arrangement of stock for easy identification, retrieval, and control.

    Stock Control & Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system and physical documents such as bin cards and stock cards. Ensure all receipts, issues, returns, and transfers are posted on time.

    Stock Counts & Reconciliation

    • Conduct regular stock counts, including daily spot checks and weekly or monthly physical counts. Reconcile system stock with physical stock and report variances.

    Issuance of Materials

    • Issue materials strictly against approved and authorised requisitions, ensuring correct quantity, quality, and specifications are issued.

     Warehouse & Safety Management

    • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the store or warehouse. Enforce proper stacking, handling, storage practices, and safety standards.

    Procurement Coordination

    • Liaise with procurement, production, and finance teams to confirm stock requirements, raise reorder requests, and follow up on pending deliveries, backorders, and supplier lead times.

    Staff Supervision

    • Supervise store assistants and casual staff, allocate duties, ensure accountability, and train staff on inventory handling, documentation, stock control, and safety practices.

    Compliance & Audit Support

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control standards, and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.

    Key Deliverables

    • Daily stock movement reports.
    • GRN summaries.
    • Materials issued reports.
    • Variance, damage, expiry, and stock loss reports.
    • Reorder level alerts.
    • Monthly stock summaries.
    • Stock reconciliation reports.
    • Slow-moving and obsolete stock reports.
    • Supplier delivery performance reports.
    • Consumption analysis and reorder forecasting.
    • Education & Experience
    • Degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in store or inventory management within a trading company, FMCG, retail, logistics, or distribution environment.
    • Hands-on experience in receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.
    • Experience in reporting, consumption analysis, and reorder forecasting.

    Rider

    Position Summary

    • Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the Rider will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and collections, maintaining assigned motorbike cleanliness and roadworthiness, observing traffic and safety regulations, and providing professional customer service during all assignments.
    • The role requires a punctual, responsible, and organized individual with good knowledge of local routes, basic motorbike maintenance, and strong communication skills.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Delivery & Collection

    • Ensure timely delivery of packages and documents to designated destinations while adhering to approved routes and schedules.
    • Collect returns, packages, documents, or other assigned items from clients and relevant offices as required.

    Customer Service

    • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service when interacting with customers, staff, and external contacts.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and support smooth resolution of any delivery-related issues or concerns.

    Motorbike Maintenance

    • Inspect the motorcycle before and after each shift to ensure it is in good working condition.
    • Report mechanical issues, defects, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
    • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned motorcycle.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Accurately complete delivery forms, receipts, and any related paperwork.
    • Ensure all deliveries and collections are properly documented and records are maintained.

    Time Management

    • Plan daily routes effectively to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
    • Manage time efficiently to complete deliveries and errands within designated timelines.

    Compliance

    • Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies relating to deliveries, vehicle use, and road safety.

    Key Deliverables

    • Timely completion of assigned deliveries and collections.
    • Accurate delivery documentation and record keeping.
    • High customer satisfaction.
    • Reduced delivery errors and customer complaints.
    • Proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned motorcycle.

    • Qualifications & Experience
    • Valid driving/riding license.
    • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle or motorbike maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Prior experience in delivery, messenger, dispatch, or rider duties will be an added advantage.
