Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
• Drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborate with content creators and the Brand & Creative team.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage WhatsApp Business catalogues, promotions, and customer communications. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital performance reporting.
• Experience using social media management tools and coordinating influencer campaigns is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing is desirable.

Key Purposes

• Drive branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and initiatives to grow the branch's customer base and revenue
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store; uphold service standards; evaluate and improve customer service.
• Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries; resolve logistics issues; ensure complete documentation; track performance and take corrective action Keep the branch clean and organized; oversee daily reporting/documentation; ensure compliance with admin and operational procedures.
• Lead performance management and development; promote teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture

Requirements
Education Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Additional short courses in Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Customer Service Excellence, or Leadership.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage reduction.
• Experience managing customer service standards, handling escalated
• complaints, and driving customer retention.
