Overall Responsibility
The Manager, Internal Audit Standards will be reporting to Director, Internal Audit Standards

Job Summary:

• Reporting to the Director, Internal Audit Standards. The Manager, Audit Standards shall be responsible for:-
• Collaborate with International Internal Auditing Standards Board (AIISB) in ensuring quality of internal audit standards
• Lead in research and publication thereof of materials that promote the activities of the organization Monitor and evaluate to ensure that the standards are effectively adopted and implemented by all reporting entities and recommend any necessary actions for improvement
• Develop learning materials, publications and lead in training and capacity building of standards promulgated by the organization
• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

Overall Responsibility
The Principal Supply Chain Management Officer, will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Summary:
The Principal Supply Chain Management Officer be responsible for:-

• Develop, implement and review supply chain management policies, strategies, plans and programs.
• Manage procurement of goods, works and services while ensuring compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, regulations, circulars and internationally recognized procurement procedures.
• Preparation of procurement plans, bid documents, advertisement of tenders,requests for quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate receiving, opening and evaluation of tenders, quotations and proposals;
• Act as secretary to the procurement and asset disposal committee.
• Provide professional opinion to the accounting officer on procurement and asset disposal processes.
• Manage receipt of goods and services, and processing of payment approvals;
• Oversee registration of suppliers.
• Oversee the management of stores inventory.
• Spearhead submission of quarterly, biannually and annual reports to Government Agencies and donors.
• Liaise with users on development of specifications to ensure clear communication of need.
• Carry out market research into new and alternative sources.
