Job responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations
• Efficiently verify all allocated orders by 1630.
• Accurate Receiving and put away of products.
• Physical count of stock and confirmation with system count.
• Reporting of inventory variance, inbound and outbound abnormalities to the team leader.
• Any other duty assigned by the team Leader.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Supply chain or any other related field
• Organization skills and Meticulous
• Proactive attitude and flexibility
• Great attention to details and computer literate

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in category support, supplier sourcing, e-commerce, retail, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical,proactive and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard strategic suppliers and brands
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to manage sellers/brands and drive category growth
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
