    High Voltage Electrician Master (Tier 2)

    Job Description

    • Prepares equipment for repair or replacement parts. Starts equipment following repair and tests performance in conjunction with other teams. Withdraws equipment, components, and materials from the stockroom inventory system and order materials from vendors as required.
    • Performs switching and maintenance in substations, switchyards, pad-mounted equipment and in underground vaults. Installs new equipment, including conduit, wire, cable, pull boxes, transformers and for repairs and alterations in high voltage systems. Install and maintain transformers, converters, regulators, cables, switches, circuit breakers, mechanical and electronic systems, and other circuit elements found in substations.
    • Dismantle and repair primary electrical equipment, replace sectionalizing box pot-heads, links and blown fuses.
    • Operates switches to isolate and remove defective components for repair. Utilizes various measuring and testing instruments to work standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring and electrical equipment.
    • Maintain specified power plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, boilers, turbines. Uses blueprints, diagrams, repair manuals, calipers, micrometers, scales, and other measuring instruments as required. May be responsible for plans and schematic reviews with written reports. Keeps leadership informed of status of equipment and conditions and prepared repair requests as needed. Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with schedules, operating procedures and equipment warranty. P
    • erforms scheduled inspections to determine if equipment is operating properly. Performs preventative maintenance on all electrical gears. Performs duties in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. Installs and maintains various lighting systems.
    • Interfaces with customer and assures proper accountability of parts and time for each individual task. Work environment requires strict adherence to precautionary work methods and safety equipment due to the severe electrical hazards present when working near energized equipment and components. Other duties as assigned.
    • Master – Possesses all of the Journey and Journeyman-Lead level skills, having verifiable minimum experience and/or holds an accepted certification, license and/or degree. Usually considered the most experiences, highest skilled professional in their respective field. May provide supervision for a specific crew. Requires little or no supervision.

    SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

    • As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.

    TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and ten (10) years to twelve (12) years related experience. Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. Master license/certificate or equivalent is required.

    Materials Control Assistant (Tier 4) - Manda Bay

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inventory Management: Verifies incoming materials, counts stock items, records data, and conducts regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Receiving and Issuing: Organizes and stores materials in designated locations, issues supply to departments based on requisitions, and prepares materials for shipment.
    • Documentation and Data Entry: Enters and retrieves data using computer systems (ERP/WMS), maintains logs and records, and prepares necessary documentation like work orders, invoices, or shipping labels.
    • Material Handling: Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts to move heavy or bulky items safely.
    • Coordination and Communication: Coordinates with production, procurement, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve discrepancies.

    Basic Job Requirements

    • High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience

    Other Job Requirements

    • Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.  Ability to lift items (often up to 50 lbs. or more) and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
