Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Nairobi. The Insurance Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and support clients in selecting coverage that aligns with their needs and financial goals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, handling policy applications, processing renewals, and offering after-sales service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on product offerings and regulatory requirements, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Insurance Agent will provide ongoing customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Qalifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match products to client needs.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
• Ability to build and manage a client portfolio, including prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools.
• Relevant professional certification (ECOP) or training in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
