    Internal Audit Assistant

    PURPOSE:

    Responsible for carrying out tests to detect and prevent fraud, strengthen internal controls and monitor compliance with company policies and government and other regulators.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Test subsidiary and support functions’ internal control processes;
    • Visit Branch and Regional Offices to conduct process reviews;
    • Prepare audit work papers, document findings according to the audit work plan and present them to the Internal Auditor for review;
    • Perform post–implementation tests and reviews of previous audit recommendations and report to the Internal Auditor the current implementation status;
    • Conduct specialized audit assignments such as investigative audits as and when need arises; and
    • Share audit findings with concerned parties and agree on time frame for implementation.
    • Any work as may be assigned.


    Academic and Professional Requirements

    • Education Bachelor’s Degree Bachelors’ Degree in Business or a related field.      E
      Professional Qualifications Progress towards relevant professional field (Added advantage) E

    Experience Required:
    One year Relevant experience

    Business Development Executives

    PURPOSE:

    The position entails driving revenue growth and expanding the new/renewal General Insurance (GI) and Medical business portfolio. The goal is to meet corporate annual budgets by strategically developing assigned markets and intermediary channels. This involves cultivating profitable business opportunities for the company through the establishment of robust relationships and partnerships.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Cultivate robust strategic partnerships and relationships with assigned
    • Efficiently navigate the sales cycle and maintain a value-driven service
    • Implement optimal Client Relationship Management practices to meet business
    • Track and report performance against agreed sales and retention
    • Spearhead revenue   growth   by   overseeing   daily   sales   activities   of   assigned intermediaries.
    • Keep clients informed about both new and existing
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients/intermediaries.
    • Develop and    promptly    deliver    quotations    and    tender    documents    to clients/intermediaries.
    • Contribute to departmental planning and budgeting processes as
    • Ensure compliance with credit control policies through cash and carry and debt collection initiatives.
    • Foster intermediary engagement through visits, performance reviews, support, training, and motivation to drive business growth.
    • Organize and execute market activations and outreach events in strategic locations through visits or alternative methods.
    • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities/threats arising from such activities

    Academic and Professional Requirements

    • Education    Diploma in a business / marketing related field.    E     
    • Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications     E 
    • C.O.P qualification is an added advantage D

    Experience Required:

    • Two years Background in sales
