Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing services including the evaluation, care, and treatment of patients in the BOSC Clinic, ensuring high-quality healthcare.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with medical protocols and physicians’ guidance.
• Conduct health assessments, including measuring vital signs, collecting patient history, and assisting in patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical professionals to support patient diagnosis and implement clinical care plans effectively.
• Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic and acute illnesses or injuries.
• Prepare and assist in medical procedures and examinations performed at the clinic, ensuring proper documentation and patient safety.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate care effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist in patient emergency care as required, including immediate first aid and basic life-saving procedures.
• Ensure patient and medical records are updated accurately and in compliance with medical regulations and healthcare standard practices.
• Support public health programs and initiatives to ensure the health and safety of the workforce and community.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in accordance with U.S. licensing standards.
• 1-3 years of relevant nursing experience, including acute care, emergency response, or clinic operations.
• Knowledge of professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques in healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
• Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce is preferred.
• Valid country driver’s license and passport.
• Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a military medical or clinic setting.
• Familiarity with military medical documentation systems and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations, including handling medical emergencies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple patient cases effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medium Voltage Electrician is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of medium voltage electrical systems and equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medium voltage electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify proper work procedures for medium voltage systems.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on transformers, switchgear, underground cables, and distribution systems.
• Ensuring electrical systems are in compliance with applicable safety standards and codes.
• Working independently or as part of a team to support power distribution and medium voltage projects.
• Conducting inspections to identify and resolve potential electrical issues or hazards.
• Coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Maintaining proper documentation of inspections, repairs, and system performance to ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed a three-year apprenticeship program in the electrician trade or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of documented practical experience in medium voltage electrical systems and trades.
• Demonstrated understanding of medium voltage equipment, electrical safety, and relevant electrical codes.
• Proficiency with electrical tools, meters, testing equipment, and repair techniques for medium voltage systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
• Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced certifications in electrical systems or power distribution are preferred.
• Experience working with medium voltage electrical systems in industrial, military, or austere environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Crane Operator / Rigger Foreman is responsible for overseeing crane operations and supervising rigging activities while ensuring compliance with applicable safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operating cranes in a safe and professional manner in accordance with NAVFAC P-307 and other applicable standards.
• Supervising and leading rigging personnel during crane operations.
• Ensuring all rigging operations are performed in compliance with NAVFAC P-307 guidelines.
• Providing training and oversight to rigging personnel as required.
• Familiarizing riggers with the proper use and understanding of hand signals for crane operations, as specified in NAVFAC P-307.
• Inspecting rigging tools and equipment to ensure they are in good condition and meet operational standards.
• Preparing and reviewing lift plans to ensure crane and rigging operations align with safety and mission readiness guidelines.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations during crane and rigging activities.
• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on cranes to ensure operational effectiveness and safety compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience operating cranes and performing rigging operations.
• Training and certification in accordance with NAVFAC P-307 standards for crane and rigging operations.
• Familiar with the use of hand signals in crane operations as outlined in NAVFAC P-307.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices related to crane and rigging operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
• Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
